Any Personal data including but not limited to the name, email ids and telephone numbers, which has either been collected by TRM & Associates during voluntary submission by a user on this website or in the creation of an attorney-client relationship will be kept confidential and protected by using established technical and organizational measures. Such Personal Data collected shall be solely utilized for the purpose of sending the TRM & Associates’ newsletters, and other legal information. No Personal Data shall be shared by TRM & Associates with any third person without the owner’s consent. But, TRM & Associates may share user’s personal information with its service providers providing legitimate services to it such as administrative support, communication support, IT support, audit, technical services, web hosting, analytics providers, etc. Such service providers will be bound to comply with terms like this Policy.
The recipients of the Legal Information may at any time opt out and request TRM & Associates for the deletion or restricted use of their Personal Data from the TRM & Associates database by clicking on the ‘unsubscribe’ button (‘Withdrawing Recipient’) present in the subscription page. Upon the receipt of such a request, TRM & Associates shall with immediate effect delete the Personal Data of the Withdrawing Recipient from its database, after which, the Withdrawing Recipient shall stop receiving the Legal Information. TRM & Associates shall in such a case also contractually ensure that the Authorized Third Parties follow suit and delete the Personal Data of the Withdrawing Recipient from its own database. This will not however cover its legitimate business communications to the user such as communications as a client of the firm.
It is hereby clarified that TRM & Associates and its Authorized Third Parties shall continue to retain the Personal Data of the recipients of the Legal Information, until a request for withdrawal is specifically received by TRM & Associates.
